This Privacy Policy describes how Becca Morris, LLC, (referred to as the Business in this document) collects, uses, and protects your information collected through this Site: www.becca-morris.com. It also explains your rights and how applicable laws protect your data.

This Privacy Policy applies for any Device you use to access the Site, including your computer, mobile phone, digital tablet, etc.

b) Usage Data (information collected automatically) is collected through Cookies and Analytics tools when you access the Site on any Device. This information may include:

  • Interact – to host and manage online quizzes. When you complete a quiz, your responses may be collected and linked to your email address.

  • Kajabi – to deliver courses/programs and process program registrations

  • MailerLite – to manage our email newsletter and email communications

  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel – to monitor behavior and deliver targeted advertising 

  • Squarespace (the Site’s hosting platform) – to store Contact Form submissions and provide Analytics

  • TikTok Pixel — to monitor behavior and deliver targeted advertising through TikTok’s platform

These platforms have their own privacy policies and terms of service. They may also use Cookies or similar technologies for Analytics or marketing purposes. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Website uses Cookies in order to:

Squarespace provides SSL encryption and secure storage of Contact Form submissions. No online method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; therefore, the Data Controller cannot guarantee its absolute security.

 

Requests to Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, or ask that the Site assist you in doing so. You may also request a copy of the personal information that was submitted via the Contact Form.

To request a correction, deletion, or copy of your personal information you may contact the Data Controller, at the email address provided at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.

Please note that the Site may need to retain certain information when the Site has a legal obligation to do so.
